The color-coded keypad makes it easy to remember frequently used buttons and enables quick configuration. An RS-232 port allows fast connection to computers and printers. The scale comes with an AC adapter and rechargeable battery, ensuring it can be used almost anywhere. Additionally, the scale can be set to auto-off to extend battery life.
