Return Portal – How to Return Your Products
Use our return portal to register your return. For products under 20 kg, we offer a prepaid return label for 10 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to arrange the return shipping yourself. Please note that products can only be returned if they are registered in the return portal in advance.
If the product is defective, we will always cover your shipping costs.
Please note that according to our terms and conditions of sale, we reserve the right to reduce the refund if the product is damaged, has defects, or if the packaging is significantly deteriorated. Please refer to our terms and conditions here: §6 Right of Withdrawal
