Fish Scale

Fishing Scales

With these digital fishing scales, you’re well covered whether you’re a fishmonger, professional fisherman, or recreational angler. The type of scale depends on its intended use, and here at True-Precision we recommend choosing accordingly.

Hanging scales are ideal if you want to weigh your weekend catch or if you generally sell pieces of fish or smaller fish. For professional use, it’s best to invest in a bowl or platform that can be suspended from the scale.

If you need a scale for weighing fish in your shop, whether portable or fixed, we suggest going for a scale with a large platform, high accuracy, high capacity, and the option to remove the display from wet or humid environments.

Both types of recommended scales can be found here on the page. However, please note that no scale is fully waterproof. The floor/table scales are water-resistant on the platform, but the display and the mechanics under the platform must be kept away from water. This means the scale should be placed on a surface that can be kept dry or is not submerged in water.
