The OHAUS Valor 2000 is a waterproof food scale that sets new standards with its combination of speed and durability. The scale is available in both stainless steel and plastic, and features both front and rear LED displays. Food-safe and puncture-resistant keypad makes the Valor 2000 the perfect scale for both dry and wet environments.
Polycarbonate keypad can withstand contact with knives and other sharp instruments used in food preparation and processing.
Safe for weighing liquids and for use in wet environments.
