SAUTER TO-EE thickness gauge with Echo-Echo measurement can determine the actual material thickness – regardless of paint, coating, or other surface treatments. This makes it possible to measure, for example, the wall thickness of pipes without removing the surface layer. The gauge automatically compensates for the coating thickness, so the displayed measurement corresponds to the pure material. In addition, the gauge supports a scan function, which performs up to 10 measurements per second, allowing for continuous measurements. The gauge also features a limit function that can indicate whether the material thickness falls within the set limits. The Sauter TO-EE is delivered complete and ready to use – including measuring sensor, batteries, calibration plate, and ultrasonic gel – all in a robust and practical case. The calibration plate is integrated into the gauge, so it is always readily accessible. Thanks to the wide range of sound velocities, the gauge can be adjusted for most materials. The thickness gauge has memory for 100 files with up to 100 measurements per file.
