SAUTER TD-US Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is delivered complete and ready to use – including measuring sensor, batteries, calibration plate, and ultrasonic gel – all packed in a sturdy and practical case. The calibration plate is integrated into the gauge, so it is always at hand. The gauge uses ultrasound to measure material thickness. Sound velocities for various materials are pre-set, making the gauge easy to use on multiple material types. Additionally, it is possible to set the sound velocity for other materials. The TD-US is equipped with an RS-232 port, allowing data transfer.
