Description

The KERN OLM inverted metallurgical microscope for professional use is ideal for material and surface testing. The inverted design also makes it suitable for larger samples and finished products. The microscope is ergonomic, stable, and highly robust, and thanks to its compact design, it is also well-suited for mobile use. The OLM is equipped with very powerful, continuously dimmable illumination (5W LED or 50W halogen). A simple polarizing unit is included.

Protective eyecups and a dust cover are supplied with the microscope. A selection of objectives and eyepieces is available as accessories. The OLM is a trinocular microscope, which means it is possible to connect a camera or tablet to the microscope. Contact us to learn more about these options.
